Windows live writer

So…trying something new before I hit the sack tonight and using windows live writer to upload a blog post. Wish I had more to say and pics to post, but nope, its just me doing a test run of my new blogging headquarters.

Anyway, had a great night experimenting making prime rib for the first time. Had some of my favorite people over to test it out and all went well. (Aside from melting my meat thermometer and eating an hour+ late because the first meat thermometer was broken!) Well, hell, that’s just the way things go around here. Smooth?? Never heard of the word! Good NIGHT I’m exhausted.

Welcome back to me!

So I quit the blogging world a while back and moved over to facebook. Blogging was too DAMN slow! It took for-e-ver to blog a few pics and at facebook I could add 60 in less than 5 minutes. Since I'm a big picture buff, this was not going to work for me. Now...I have quit the facebook world and am back to blogging. Apparently blogging has finally caught up with the times and picasa will let you blog much faster. YAY I am so excited about this! Thanks Kelly for the low down on the new technology of the blogger world. Any other tips would be great people! I know, I change my mind A LOT. But, this is where I am for now if you want to keep up with the goings on at our house.

My latest senior photo shoot...Riley.

I have to say, above all, I love doing senior photo shoots! The kids know how to smile, pick pretty dang good clothes, and I only have one subject to worry about. No one is going to be scared of me, cry or whine, or make me yell freakishly kiddy kandidish sounds to get their attention. This was my very first "boy" senior shoot, and it turned out great! Riley was a great sport and even came up with a few good ideas of where to pose that I wouldnt have thought of!
