Ragnar 2011

So I tried my hand at Ragnar this year and WOW it kicked my butt! What a neat, fun and rewarding experience! Parts of it challenged me more than my marathon! I met new people and had fun with people I've known forever. We slept a total of 1.5 hours in our two day running extraveganza and yet we all kicked butt! To those who haven't done it I strongly recommend it. However, I will not be displaying a ragnar sticker in my window! hahaha If you have one, I'm sorry but I think there cheesy and braggy. I don't even think braggy is a word. ;)

Me being the water girl to Nat on her last brutal leg...midday heat...holy crap! 

me: runner number 10, van 2, leg 3, Worst run of my life...the actual hill Ragnar was named after(Ragnar Pass) 4 miles straight up. I honestly cried a little inside, swore a little on the outside, and came very close to hopping in the van and getting the F out of there. Sorry for the language, but this mtn constitutes a little abbreviation swearing!
